JESSE A. GLASSMAN

Jesse Glassman began his career as an accountant after graduating 2nd in his class at the University of Colorado in Boulder.  At CU, he specialized in both finance and accounting.  That background is uniquely helpful with the financial mess a divorce can cause and is particularly helpful in defending white collar crimes.  When a company alleges employee theft, it is critical for a defense attorney to understand financial statements and accounting.  Just this Spring, Mr. Glassman successfully defended a client in a jury trial who was charged with 29 different counts of embezzlement, winning not-guilty verdicts on every count.

Mr. Glassman attended the University of Kansas School of Law.  At KU, he specialized in divorce law, criminal law, and estate planning.  He worked with the Topeka Kansas Public Defender's Office representing clients in both the state and federal courts.  Mr. Glassman represented inmates at the Leavenworth Federal Penitentiary before the federal parole board.  After graduating the University of Kansas School of Law, Mr. Glassman returned to his home state of Colorado to practice law.

He accepted an associate attorney position with the Law Firm of Scheideler, LLC.  With that firm, Mr. Glassman represented clients in divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, traffic, misdemeanor, felony, DUI, municipal, trusts, wills, estate planning, professional malpractice, contracts, landlord/tenant, zoning, business formation, victim representation, and mediation.  He also represented clients involved in complex divorces involving tens of millions of dollars.  Within one year, he was offered partnership with the law firm, Scheideler, LLC.

Mr. Glassman instead chose a felony litigation position with the government where he represented thousands of clients charged with serious felony crimes.  In the four years he worked for the government, he defended clients in Aurora, Littleton, Arapahoe County, and Elbert County.  His clients have been charged with crimes from as small as municipal noise ordinances to 1st Degree Felony Murder.  He is in court every week on behalf of his clients at all stages of proceedings, but his particular interest is representing clients in jury trials and divorce permanent order hearings.  Mr. Glassman excelled to become one of the most successful criminal defense attorneys in Colorado when he represented a client charged with Murder and received a not-guilty verdict.

If you need an attorney, you need someone with experience, who knows the judges, and will work every minute for you.
